hehe, sorry to dissapoint anyone by posting this but... I kinda feel that DDO... errr. is the right word sucks? nha, maybee not that harsh but I will definatly not play it.

First off I felt like trapped in this city, the only way I could find the nice "free-roam" playstyle that we all love with MMO's, the walking around and finding cool spots etc was through a quest, where I where supposed to kill kile 100 mobs or something :?
And, how do I exp. in this game, well you guessed right, take a quest.
The quests are nice and all, good stories etc but the ones I tried only 2 or 3 out of maybee 8 or 9 was soloable :(

So, DDO is another Guildwars I think (without the freeroaming).

However, make due notice that I DID NOT play this game that much as I got put off when I had to find groups to do my quests. So the freeroaming might be later on?

Just my 2 cents, they might be counterfeit but there they are :)

There will be NO free-roaming, no xp per kill and so forth.... Its basically DnD in a action-based RPG. Take it or leave it, im looking forward to it :D
I just hope that there will be a campaign style story-tree, if it´s just missions linked like in WoW, then i´m gonna be disappointed, well a bit any-way.

It would have been really fun to have a "world" like in DnL, but since the soul of DnD is grouping it would be difficult to make that work i´m afraid.
