Patch Notes - 6-5-2009 (5am PST)

Server is coming down at 5am PST for a small patch.

This patch should resolve some server crashes.

It also has a fix for group experience not scaling properly. After this patch it will scale like solo exp does. Blue/Green mobs post 50 will give less exp and red/yellow will give bonus exp. As stated in the prior patch notes, this only affects players above level 50. The scaling down also is only for NPCS who are below level 51. So if you're level 50 or lower, or the NPC is level 51 or higher, there is no down scaling, only up scaling for the red/yellow cons.

The other change comming this patch is the diplomacy deck saving/loading/clearing. The new commands are /deckload /decksave and /deckclear. You can use them like this:

/decksave 1 - Will save your current deck to slot #1. You have 10 slots to save to.
/deckload 1 - Will load deck #1 to your current strategy.
/deckclear - Will clear out your current deck.

Also Soresha has updated her diplomacy mod to include these commands.

KDQ Cog Band

The KDQ band has changed slightly. Now the first cog you receive after reaching the rank of Private will have the same effect that the crystal cog band use to, except it offers 4% xp bonus that includes quest XP. The max faction band has an upgraded effect attached to it that should offer more in the way of stats applied and retains its enhancement slots where as the first cog has none. This goes along with the other benefit of the KDQ bands over the IOD charm which is that these abilities will stack with anything where as the IOD charm does not.

Class Abilities

Fixed the sorcerer stance bug where they would not automatically re-apply after death.
Fiery Intensity, Amplify Destruction, and Amplify Acuity should no-longer be removed when you cast an ability that does not do damage.

Hold The Line should now give endurance and energy cost reductions.

Shield of Fear should now give its max block bonus regardless of DC.

Dark Bastion should now give its max AC bonus regardless of DC.

Dark Bastion should now give 15% damage bonus.

Symbol of Wrath should now give its max bonus regardless of DC.

Provoke should now give its max benefit regardless of DC.

Shaman forms should now fire the illusion as a separate ability that you can cancel without losing the benefits.

Warder’s Bulwark should work correctly now.

Ranger dual arrow issues should be resolved.

Warrior ability “Obliteration” should be working now.

Fixed issue with Dementia that was preventing it from critting.

Fire pummel should no longer agro when building up.

Fixed ability modify type displays on several abilities

Thestran Human racial should work properly.

Client
Added new filters to the chat window for NPC hits others, misses others, NPC buffs, & npc buffs fail.

Gameplay
Harvesting nodes in SOD should follow the same rules as other nodes of their type now.

Pantheon tier 1 BPs should now display properly for those who choose their sides from today on. Anyone who has already chosen their side and cannot see the BP for sell should contact a GM for assistance.

Fixed an issue with Valus 2nd tier trial spawning the encounters on the wrong side.

Turned off the Xerklins that spawned in the hallway leading to the second floor of Pantheon.

Pantheon deity parlays that give faction should now reset properly every 24 hours.

Items
Fixed an issue where enchantments in items that went to escrow would disappear.

Enhancement loot tables have been modified so the chance to drop enhancements of different types is more evened out.

Ini-Heart should now sell thickened solvents. These solvents allow you to remove enhancements without destroying them.

General

Fixed a mountain of typos.

Drop rate of echoes increased
Level 50s can now group with 55s

Increased stack sizes for slivers
All enhancements are now tradeable
A new veteran reward should be available for those who have returned and those who have been around for awhile.

During the shattering, the high elven mage Balaran attempted to summon forth the salamanders to aid in the defense of the Temple of Vol Tuniel. While the summoning was a success, things went horribly wrong and Balarans plan backfired. The salamander Vi’Rak clan was pulled through the portal against their will. Now they seek revenge on all of Telon and with the strength of the six clans of the Tempest, they may succeed. The Vi’Rak clan has finally called forth and united with the other five clans, tucking themselves away in the depths of the Temple of Vol Tuniel to unlock their secret plan to unleash destruction on Telon.

The salamanders challenge any 52+ groups to oppose them. Explore the area and find solve the puzzle on how to unseal the powerful items they brought with them. Create your own custom weapon through the use of special enhancements and items that drop in the area. Find a diplomat and a crafter to attain the secret ingredient and unseal these items opening the way to a custom item of your choosing. Discover the power the salamanders have brought with them while you try to stop them from bringing forth an evil never before seen.

General Abilities

− Fixed issue with many higher tier abilities having the same power as previous versions
− Fixed issue with chilling touch proc
− Fixed display issue with Frozen Ion Proc
− Fixed issue with half elf racial not working after 50
− Some stun abilities which turn you into rocks/ice/etc will now prevent you from animating while you're in that state.
− Fixed particles not showing correctly on some abilities.

− Fixed issue with Bloodthinner not opening up chains when it crit
− Constructs Augmentation should now add to magic skills
− Fixed issue with Blood Spray not critting


Cleric
− Boon of spirit now has a 20 second refresh


Dreadknight
− Symbol of Wrath should toggle on and off properly


Druid
− Reduced the damage on the protector of growth’s autoattack
− Nature’s frenzy should no longer be reflected
- Fixed display issue with Reverberate
− Removed display portion of crystallize


Necromancer
− Fixed issue with Divest Life not giving the bonus group heal.
− Level 55 abomination will no longer proc the clone.


Psionicist
− Fixed issue with Time Trick mezzing wrong target
− Psionicist transcendence form has been modified. The rune portion of the form is now a chance to proc on hit that will rune against 15% of spell type damage. This does not include Shadow, Planar, or Holy resist types and no longer shields against flurry, rampage and common melee damage types. This change is being done due to an unforeseen and undesired imbalance of classes. We apologize for this change but are doing it for the betterment of the game.


Ranger
− Fixed issue with Wave of Lightning damage
− Fixed issue with discharge effect on wave of lightning and Discharging arrow not working


Shaman
− Devour should now add force target immunity.
− The Skin of Tuurgin forms were missed in the conversion of long duration regens to the new regen SPA and has now been modified properly.


Sorcerer
− Fixed Asaya's insight, and probably a few other +accuracy buffs.


Warrior
− Fixed issue with weaponshield going away after a set duration
− Fixed cost issue with Savagery
− Fixed issue with Lock and Load not cancelling correctly

Items and Inventory
− Bank size has increased to 75 slots.
− You can now access all of your banks in hub cities. These are NT, Ahgram, Khal, and Tanvu.
− All Ranger made arrows are now flagged as no drop
− Echoes are no longer unique
− Vial of efreeti blood, Sigil of Aluul, and Sigil of Djuul should drop correctly
− Shield block roll has been combined into the ability block roll. The hole in the pally’s shield has been mended.
− Fixed item links not working properly when the item was enchanted. It still won't show what's in the slots, but the slots will show up and the link will be clickable.
− Fixed an issue where enchanted items with multiple procs on them would only fire off the first proc.
− Fixed a display issue with enchanted items that had abilities on the enchantments. They should now look correct in the UI.
− Fixed a bug that allowed you to shoot hammers from the ammo slot. The previous fix only stopped them from being shot from a quiver, now they can't be shot at all.
− The Fully Powered J2E should now give the proper movement speed according to its tooltip.
− Fixed typo in protector of growth scroll


Crafting
− Artificer spell recipes now require the use of Ancient Timber instead of petrified


Quests

− Sartholas tier 2 trial should now update correctly

− Emerol Crisis will update properly again.

− Gateway Termination: You can now interact with the portals again if you had abandoned the quest after interacting with one already.
− Vulshar Rings: The drop rate on the rings has been greatly increased.
− Poison Glands should now give exp the first time it is done.
− Desert Poison should now give exp the first time it is done.
− Cyclone Noise should now give exp the first time it is done.
− Dissention is now properly labeled as a Group quest.
− Deathwalker D'edra will again offer the quest Mutated Stingers if you were not able to obtain it.
− Bigal's Defender should now fight back when engaged.


Misc.
− Added a slider for Animation LOD. Turning this up will increase the distance before NPC's stop animating. Previously this range was set really low, now you can crank it up if you have a good system. If you have a low end system, make sure you don't turn it up higher than you can handle.
− Chat Channels should no-longer get messed up when you zone around to other regions. They also don't re-order when you leave a channel, so if you're in channels 3 & 4, and leave channel 3, your 4th channel will stay bound to /4 so you don't have to figure out what they moved to. When you join another channel, it will take the first open channel slot.
− Fixed the bug where your gear would disappear after taking off some illusions.


Interface
− Modified the crafting setup windows to be larger by default and a little easier to work with.

Diplomacy
− A few new social clothing items have been added. Check out the clothing merchants Lyser in New Targonor and Gaston Gempin in Ahgram.
− The diplomacy statement cards for Absolution, Resolution, Elocution, and Disillusion are no longer soulbound.
− The Civic Benefit "Excavation Secrets" in the Pantheon has been updated to increase the crafting bonus and remove the unneeded harvesting bonus.
− Isle of Dawn Civic Benefit levers will now decay at a slower rate.
− The experience rewards for the Pantheon diplomacy quests have been increased.
− The Cartheon Bonelined Dagger now requires level 20 to equip.
− A new quest line is available for diplomats from the Executors in New Targonor. See Sharas Kamur for details.

If you leave the form a 60 second countdown will start that indicates how long it will be before you can receive the run buff again. This timer counts down while in any form allowing you to continue the refresh while in a different form.

Items

Misc.

General


Silence abilities will now interrupt casting on players.
Fix for buffs that ignore caps not always putting players over the caps, based on what order the buffs were cast in.

Sorcerer


Seradons falling comet now caps out at 2x damage instead of 10x damage. The previous change to haste on the comet has been removed.


PVP


The cap for PVP damage per hit has been reduced to 20%.
Changed the way DoTs work in PVP so that they're also affected by the per hit caps. Previously DoTs got around the cap.


Pantheon


The T2 Vol Anari trial now updates properly
Quest: Power of Corruption will now drop the essence. NOTE: If you are already on this quest, you will need to abandon and re-take the quest.
Haelifur worshippers will now be able to turn in the Essence of the Fireworks Connoisseur.
Quest: The Rescue (Phase 2) will now spawn the elder on the upper floor again.
Quest: The Maw of Tyranny (Phase 2): The waves should now despawn on reset.
Fixed an issue with not being able to turn in 1 Sacrificial Offering to Vothdars altar.
Admiral Jagistur Cairn’s HP has been lowered slightly.

General

- Chaos players who completed the Heroes of the Past should now have access to the chamber sentry quest.

- Fixed issue with KDQ tasc generator item

- The items "Chest Oil" and "Leg Cream" will now function again.



Diplomacy

- Basic starter diplomacy clothes have been added to Diplomacy Trainers.

- Many Statement cards have had their names updated and display descriptions made easier to read.

- Additional civic reward Statement cards have been added.



PVP (Yeah that’s right a PVP section)

- Added a release to altar lockout of 5 minutes for PVP deaths. You can only release to altar every 5 minutes from pvp deaths.



Disciple Changes

- Inner Light has been fixed to work as an aura. Group members within 10m of the disciple will automatically get the damage buff as long as the disciple has Inner Light toggled on.

- Inner Light should now properly heal the groups life, energy and endurance on each attack the disciple makes.

- Feign Death refresh timer has been reduced from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.

- Paralyzing Sweep will now stop auto attack.

- Increased the damage on the Ra’Jin Flare line.

- Reduced the amount of Jin needed for Ra’Jin Flare II & III.

- Fixed the tooltip for Kiss of the Slug in the spellbook. It will now display the correct damage and strength amounts.

- Removed the Endowment of Balance secret chain. The effects from this endowment have been moved to both Celestial Tiger and Immortal Jade Dragon forms.

- Endowment of Mastery & Endowment of Enmity have had their durations increased from 10 minutes to 20 minutes.

- Increased the aggro reduction amount slightly on the Soul Cutter line.

- Increased the heal amount slightly on the Lao’Jin Flare line.

- Kiss of the Heaven range was increased to 30m.

- Reduced the amount of hate generated from Concordant Hand.

Necromancer Changes

- The following abilities no longer require an npc corpse to work:

o Plague Bringer's Ritual

o Ritual of the Guardian

o Ritual of the Servant

o Ritual of the Slayer

- Level 53+ necromancers may now have up to 3 minions.

- Minions will now last up to 24 hours. (Excludes Ritual Animatus)

- Minions have had their HP values doubled. (Excludes Ritual Animatus)

- Minions now have 75% aoe mitigation. (Excludes Ritual Animatus)

- A 6 slot bag designed to hold grafts only are now for sale on the necromancer instructors around the world. Additional bags have been added to the necropsy tables for every 10 levels.

- Increased the damage on the Bone Spike line.

- Reduced the initial delay on the DoT portion of Bone Rail to 2 seconds.

- Increased the damage slightly on the Drain Life line.

- The nuke portion of Death Touch has been removed.

- Death Touch now requires the npc to be below 10% health to work.

- Reduced the refresh timer on Death Touch to 3 minutes, from 30 minutes.

- Increased the return ratio on Life Draught to 75%.

- Necros now have both Lich and Wraith forms, and may switch between them. A form switch timer of 5 seconds has been added. The Guise of Mortality forms have been renamed to fit which form they represent. Switching forms will kill all your minions. Forms cannot be switched during combat.

- The necro form quests have been removed.

- The minion summon abilities have been added to the trainer.

- Removed the endurance costs from the forms.

- Ghastly Revenge and Necrotic Clutch are now openly available without flag restrictions. With this change, they will not stack with each other on the caster.

- Removed the levitation effect from the Wraith forms. In response, a new self levitation ability has been added to the trainer called Weight of the Ghost.

- Increased the duration on Ritual of Necropotence to 30 minutes, from 5 minutes.

- Poison Burst has been renamed to Noxious Malady.

- Noxious Malady (Poison Burst) will no longer be an aoe nuke. It now is a single target nuke with a 25 second debuff to accuracy, critical hit chance and spell mitigation at the highest level.

- Increased the duration on Devouring Shadows to 60 seconds, from 24 seconds.

- Increased the duration on Grasp of the Grave to 60 seconds, from 36 seconds.

- Increased the duration on Plague of Infestation to 60 seconds, from 24 seconds.

- Increased the duration on Torment to 60 seconds, from 32 seconds.

- Reduced the refresh timer on Sealed Fate to 30 seconds, from 3 minutes.

- Increased the HP on the abomination by a large amount.

- Necrotic Clutch now properly displays in the buffs window instead of debuffs.

- Ritual of the Slayer will now summon a caster version if you are in Wraith form.

- Increased the damage on the Slayer minions.

- Removed the wraith version Plague Bringer’s Ritual and added its summon to the lich version. When in wraith form, clicking it will summon the wraith version.

- Removed the lich version Ritual of the Servant and added its summon to the wraith version. When in lich form, clicking it will summon the lich version.

- Removed both Advocate’s Ritual spells.

- Vile Ritual will no longer attempt to give your abomination energy and will give it health instead.

- Vile Ritual cast time has been increased to 5 seconds.

- All necro pet heals now scale past level 50 up to level 55.

- Increased the healing amount on Blood Rite.

- The return effect on Rite of the Master has been reduced to 33%. This is due to the abominations health increased by a large amount.

- Increased the damage on Detonate Corpse.





UI

- Added a tooltip to the LockHotbars option

- Mentoring options are in the UI, but mentoring is NOT ENABLED on live servers yet. This will be enabled sometime soon with an announcement.



Paladin

- Switched the paladin 15% damage bonus over to use the new wield type. When you equip a shield you will now see the buff appear, when you un-equip the shield, the buff will disappear. Paladins must visit a trainer and learn Guardians Might (Passive) to get their damage bonus.

Shaman Changes



- Lethargy line has had its potency increased.

- A new detaunt spell has been added to the shaman trainer for Hayatet called Flutter.

- A new detaunt spell has been added to the shaman trainer for Tuurgin called Shake Off.

- Roar has had its refresh timer reduced to 10 seconds, from 2 minutes. Also fixed the description on the ability, it was saying it removed beneficial effects when it was actually removing enchantments.

- Avatar of the Great Bear now properly grants immunity to Cold. NOTE: This immunity only affects cold spells, not melee.

- Avatar of the Great Bear has had its refresh timer reduced to 10 minutes, from 15 minutes.

- Skin of Rakurr, Skin of Tuurgin and Wings of Hayatet have had their endurance costs reduced.

- Shamans have been added to some caster classifications for items. Shamans may now equip some items that were normally for casters and/or bloodmages.

- Curse of Frailty is now a spiritual spell and no longer physical.

- Added some chat text to Purging Flames.

- Avatar of the Hunter has had its refresh timer reduced to 10 minutes, from 15 minutes.

- Increased the effectiveness of Snarl, Flutter and Shake Off.

- Rakurr’s Gift of Speed line now adds accuracy & proc rate increase. Versions III & IV add critical damage.

- Rakurr’s Grace IV and Rakurr’s Gift of Grace now add to strikethrough damage.

- Acuity IV and Hayatet's Gift of Acuity now add to strikethrough chance.

- Burning Mantle line now has energy cost reduction and spell refresh haste.

- Mein of the Mystic now displays a message in the chat box when activated.

- Skin of Rakurr movement speed was increased to 75%.

- Skin of Rakurr now has endurance regen.

- Throat Rip now appears in the npc debuff window.

- Panacea line will now fail to cast if the targets 30 second immunity is still active without consuming energy and initiating the refresh timer.

- Intercession line will now fail to cast if the targets 2 minute immunity is still active without consuming energy and initiating the refresh timer.
- Fiery Shield has had its refresh timer reduced to 4 minutes and now has a 1 second cast time.

- Fiery Shield duration has been increased to 30 seconds.

- Fiery Shield cannot be cast on the same target more than once every 2 minutes.

- Shield of Mortality has had its potency reduced to 10%.

- Shield of Mortality has had its refresh timer increased to 4 minutes.

- Shield of Mortality duration has been increased to 30 seconds and now has a physical based damage shield.

- Shield of Mortality will now fail to cast if the targets 2 minute immunity is still active without consuming energy and initiating the refresh timer.

- Shield of Spirits has had its potency reduced to 10%.

- Shield of Spirits has had its refresh timer increased to 4 minutes.

- Shield of Spirits duration has been increased to 30 seconds and now has a spiritual based damage shield.

- Shield of Spirits will now fail to cast if the targets 2 minute immunity is still active without consuming energy and initiating the refresh timer.

General

Fix for the group getting out of sync when you chunk while someone re-arranges the group or raid.

Fix for half elf racial description.

Fix for female hair styles that were extra/bugged.

Item reuse timers now count down offline.

Fixed a bug where a Shaman could not see their class listed on the required class list for some items.

Fix for attachments disappearing in escrow if you had more than 1 thing attached to the item.

When you cast a buff it will now remove all lower buffs in the line instead of keeping them on you and inactive.



Mentoring

You can now right click on a group member to request that they mentor you. If they accept your request, their level will match yours and you will be able to adventure with them as if they were a normal player your level.

Players who are mentoring can only use abilities they were able to use at the level they’re mentored down to. If you cast an ability in a line that is higher level, it will automatically cast the highest level of that ability line you qualify for.

While mentoring another player, your stats will scale down. The reduction in stats scales with the difference between you and the person you’re mentoring.

Both players will gain experience as normal while mentoring.

You must be out of combat to begin or end a mentoring session.

If you leave the group of the person you’re mentoring, you’ll have 2 minutes to re-join them or the mentoring session will end.

Up to 5 players can mentor one person at once.



Housing Transfers

You can now transfer ownership of your home/plot without GM assistance. To use this feature, you must be near the person you’d like to give the home to and use the command /transferplot .

If you accept the transfer, the home and all furnishings will be transferred to the new owner immediately.

You will retain ownership of your chests, but home owners have full access to the chests, so if you’re worried about the contents you should remove them before transferring a plot.

If you transfer a plot, it is a permanent change of ownership and can not be undone unless the new owner decides to return the plot to you. Please do not do this unless you are absolutely sure you want to transfer the plot. GM’s will not be able to assist you in returning your plot if you change your mind.

Monk Changes



- Secret of Ice now costs 3 jin to cast.

- Secret of Flames proc chance has been doubled.

- Secret of Transcendence now costs 5 jin to cast.

- Fixed the description of Iron Skin to say “most stuns”.

- Jin Surge has been changed to work on caster group only.

- Ashen Hand now costs 4 jin to cast.

- Aum Ti now grants a 5% damage bonus.

- Added to the description on Staggering Punch that the spell interrupt only works on targets that are not immune to stun.

- Three Finger Strike no longer debuffs the mobs evasion and now buffs the monks self accuracy substantially.

- Quivering Palm has had its duration increased to 15 seconds, from 8 seconds.

- The following abilities have had their damage types fixed and set to crushing types. Their damage types before were not set correctly and/or did not make sense with what the ability did.

o Boundless Fists

o Celestial Kick of the Master

o Cloud Dragon’s Ruse

- Slightly increased the damage on Clumsy Whirl.

- Fixed the description on Clumsy Whirl. This ability is a 10m pbae and did not state that before in the description.

- Divine Avalanche is now affected by Errant Strikes and Fists of Celerity.

- Divine Tsunami is now affected by Fists of Celerity.

- Hammer Fist is now affected by Errant Strikes and Fists of Celerity.

- Three Finger Strike is now affected by Errant Strikes and Fists of Celerity.

- Sundering Dragon Blast initial strike is now affected by Fists of Celerity.

- Fixed the duration on the strength effect on Delayed Death Touch.

- Delayed Death Touch strength debuff now scales properly past level 50.

- Legendary Storm Dragon proc damage now scales properly past level 50.

- Fixed an issue with Legendary Storm Dragon not procing at level 55.

- The Harmonious Monk style has been merged into the base monk and is no longer a separate path. Both Dragon and Drunken monks may now obtain Aum of the Harmonious Path from the monk trainer to learn the harmonious abilities. The harmonious style forms have been turned off. The Harmonious training quests have been turned off.

- Fixed the description on Jin Surge to say it will affect the “next 3 attacks”.

- All Aums no longer require Meditation to be cast.

- All Aums are now free to cast and are toggle able abilities.

- Meditation has been removed

- Enlightenment has been added to the monk trainers and is now a toggle able ability.

- Dragon stance has been merged with Immortal Stone Dragon stance.

- Drunken Mastery Stance has been removed.

- Immortal Drunken Sway stance now has +10% refresh haste.

- North Wind Breaks the Trunk line is now affected by Errant Strikes.

- North Wind Snaps the Limb line is now affected by Errant Strikes.

- Eagle Claw line is now affected by Errant Strikes.

- Celestial Kick of the Master line is now affected by Errant Strikes.

- Tiger Pounces line has been removed.

- Trapping Mantis Claw line has been removed.

- Withering Palm line is now affected by Errant Strikes.

- Deadly Adder Hand line is now affected by Errant Strikes

General

− Changed the way IoG raid loot drops work so that it’s much less likely you’ll see two of the same item on one kill.
− Fixed a bug that made hate numbers for abilities show up lower than they actually were.
− Modified the ability tooltip to show your base amounts and the actual amounts modified by your core statistics like Strength & Vitality. The number in the brackets shows the modified amount and will be green if you’re over the 100% mark or red if you’re below it.
− Escape and Feign Death now strip all harmful abilities you cast on targets when you use them.
− Fix for erratic flurry not being mitigated properly.
− Fixed warp to target abilities so they fail to cast if the location you would warp to is invalid. Previously they would cast but the effects would fail, now they’re not castable unless it will succeed.
− Increased base strikethrough Amount value to 30 from 0.



Mentoring

− Fixed a bug that caused rest exp to disappear if you mentor.
− Fix for a bug where the social server & world server could have the wrong level for a player if they level up while mentoring.
− Fixed a bug with mentoring where the combat forms would get out of sync and you couldn't switch correctly.
− Fix for not being able to use mounts when you mentor down.



Ranger Changes

- Rangers may now have both melee and ranged paths.
- Switching melee/ranged forms will unlock abilities designed for that form while locking ones designed for the other.
- Ranger offensive forms can now only be switched once every 2 minutes.
- Fixed an issue with Wave of Lightning damage not scaling properly.
- Fixed an issue with the discharge effect on Wave of Lightning not displaying its damage.
- Sweeping Strike has had its endurance cost reduced.
- Fixed an issue with the discharge effect on Discharging Arrow not displaying its damage.
- Regress has been increased to 35m.
- Talismans will no longer fade when energy has been depleted.
- Thorn Cloak will no longer fade when energy has been depleted.
- Fixed an issue with Monsoon Cloak not consuming energy while activated.
- Summer Cloak now adds dexterity with the strength buff.
- Monsoon Cloak now adds dexterity with the strength buff.
- A new ability called Warden’s Temper has been added to the trainers. This ability will max out your progressive form as well as give a 30 sec buff that increases accuracy, crit chance and strikethrough chance.
- Fixed an issue with Static Surge doing the incorrect damage for levels 10-45.
- Golden Berries was removed from the forage tables.
- Fletching combine outcomes have been increased from 50 to 100.
- Fletching assembly component stack sizes have been increased to 200.
- The following abilities should now state their damage types correctly:
o Blade of Storms
o Destructive Swarm
o Entangle
o Grasp of Earth
o Intercept
o Maelstrom
o Monsoon Cloak
o Shocking Arrow

· Fixed issue preventing people from entering the chamber of life from the chaos gate.

Rogue



Abilities



· Stack size of flash powder has been increased



· Escape line abilities have had their refresh times cut in half



· Escape now places the user in advanced stealth state for 10 seconds. This is a form of stealth that is very hard for NPCs to see through unless they are already able to see through stealth.



· Fix for smoke trick burning mana when it does not fire correctly



· All ranks of stealth have had their base modifiers increased by 2%



· The max rank of stealth and the epic rank of stealth now add strikethrough chance of 5%



· The max rank of stealth and the epic rank of stealth now increase chance to proc by 5%



· Salamanders should now be classified as humanoid



· Fixed the restriction of many mobs in POTA that were not pickpocketable or able to be taken as hostages



· Removed the increased hate mod from devious foe.



· Vital strikes buff timer increased to 6 seconds



· Reduced Refresh of Eviscerate by 15 seconds



· Endurance cost reduction portion of criminal intent has been increased by 1 percent per tier after the first.



· Shadowblade duration increased to 30 seconds (damage should be adjusted accordingly)



· Hemorrhage duration increased to 30 seconds (damage should be adjusted accordingly)



· Quickblade refresh reduced by 60 seconds



· Blindside now places a 100% crit buff on the rogue for one attack, instead of a crit weakness on the target. This crit should only affect modular attacks



· Added ability Vital Strikes 2 which adds 100% crit and 5% crit damage for 6 seconds



· Added Vital Strikes 2 scroll to Sparkles loot table



· Increased dot duration of Eviscerate to 30 seconds (damage should be adjusted accordingly)



· Ruin’s duration has been increased to 30 seconds for all ranks.



· Assassin’s Guile should now properly give 5% crit instead of 4%



· Deter should no longer break stealth



· Fixed damage display on Azure and scarlet flame poison effects.



· Pickpocket/Plunder lockout should now display properly on NPCs



· Hostage Negotiations description has been updated to reflect its max timer



· Hostage Negotiations now has a 3 minute refresh







Poisons/Darts/Flechettes/Scrolls



· Poison assembly recipes have been removed



· All non advanced poisons, scrolls, flechettes, and darts can now be purchased from rogue vendors.



· All rogue poisons now require a certain adventuring level to be used. This level should be equal to the skill previously required for the recipe/10.



· Apply poison skill has been removed



· Advanced poisons are now on pickpocket tables



· Advanced scrolls are now on their own pick pocket tables



· Advanced Flechettes/Darts are now on their own pick pocket tables



· There is an increased chance of rolling on the poison tables when pickpocketing



· Max stack size of all poisons, scrolls, flechettes, etc. has been increased to 100.



· Poisons now consume a poison reagent on when they proc. So for example water of life when it procs will consume a water of life vial



· All poison proc buffs should now last an hour



· Old rogue poison related gems should no longer default to the poison pouch when looted.



· Poison weapon procs have had their efficiency increased by 20%



· Water of Life poison has been renamed to Viper Venom



· Water of Life Dart has been renamed to Tear Burst



· Siren's Kiss has a new rank at 55



· Viper Venom has a new rank at 55 that adds a chance to fire twice when it procs



· Tear Burst has a new rank at 55



· Azure Flames has a new rank that adds a reduction in crit chance debuff
