that is the shoutbox uses BBcode as the forum does.

In Submit news you write it as a simple html code, within the shoutbox you need to type it in between the url captioned boxes, which is functioned to the fourth button on the shoutbox

14 December - It's not dead.
our Vanguard Guild that was named after the association originaly is now known as The Third Sun, and has its own address http://thethirdsun.org which basicly points you directly to the guilds forum section which you can still access forum our discussion forum (link in navigation bar)During November Wighar was on administrative leave and was thus away handling personal matters.
The Hassle with replacing the CMS that I was much strongly for to increase the usability of the association has during my away period deminished due to the fact that I had time to consider all aspects of it and I will be placing a plan for the next year infor the TSS councillors for review, if agreed it will simplify many things hopefully.
Reports on Vanguards DKP addition has been posetive as of yet and should bare no problems for the comming year.
As I have mentioned on the forums, I am planing to start the SWTOR associated Guild, but it will probably just be for a period of time pending on if I can handle the stress load efficently, the recent updates are looking good.
I hope to get Starman as our Reporting Agent for SWTOR until launch in such way of News publishes if he has time for it.
On a note here I hope to be able to include it so that we can use Blog and Twitter update functions with our news section and hopefully a fully functional rss system for the news reel if not allready working that is,
.. got loads to check in on.

I am sorry but due to some mail providers being frequently used for mass spam and not doing much about it, they were added in a blacklist of domains as well as certain keywords that were frequently used

Yes you can get a mail address with most free mail services like MSN Hotmail for example.
